Was up late lastnight on this one, trying to decide what to draw. There is a part in the story I've been writing that relates to this... See quote above. I'm not really sure where I got the flower idea from, didn't use a reference, just winged it on those so I can't really say what kind they are (roses?). I also limited myself to only using 1 brush, no others were used. I'm not sure if it's a good thing or a bad thing, but I did figure out some new techniques.

I think the quote is perfect, it's sad and yet beautiful at the same time. You know how the saying goes, beauty in the breakdown. I do really love the way you designed the rose.
